What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Proactively source and generate sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Update the CRM system
  • Deal promptly and efficiently with customer queries, including telephone and email correspondence
  • Promote and advise on the range to secure sales
  • Process orders and payments
  • Carry out all necessary administrative duties
  • Maintain an up to date product knowledge in order to keep customers informed of our products and services
  • You will need to be motivated and confident talking to people and learning about the products and services you will be selling

It is a target-orientated role, so you will need to be organised and driven to achieve and exceed your targets. Full support will be provided, both by the team at Paragon Training and your dedicated Mercuri International coach. What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Sales executive Level 4 (Higher national certificate) - An 18 month course with a dedicated tutor who will provide 1-2-1 support / training for the duration of the apprenticeship. In addition there are 8 workshops. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A permanent position within the business following completion of the apprenticeship should a position be available at the time.
