We’re collaborating with Chichester College to offer the right person, the perfect combination of “on the job” and study towards a Digital Support Tech Level 3.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Creating & maintaining configuration settings within key IT products to ensure they meet the needs of the evolving business
- Assisting the Product Owner to coordinate IT Product changes
- Monitoring key IT products and liaising with our partners to ensure systems are always reliable and secure
- Identifying, collating & transforming data from various sources to create master datasets which can be utilised in new products implementations
- Researching ways of working and new business requirements with our Parks & Communities and analysing the information collated to make IT product feature recommendations into the Product backlog
- Testing new features, bug fixes and releases to ensure they are fit-for-purpose
- Resolving questions from our team members about our key IT products. Full training will, of course, be provided. (This is not a traditional Helpdesk role)
- Collating, creating, and sharing Product information to enable our team members to find what they need, when they need it
- Creating and sharing status updates on Product workstream progress
- Travelling to our parks around the UK, when required, to support our IT products and provide ad hoc training sessions
IT Fundamentals
- Work within a culture of data security, supporting regular audits of IT policies and reporting concerns immediately to the Product Owner
- Support the continuous improvement of all IT products and processes

Digital Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard (A Level)
You will have access to the Digital Support Technician Level 3 course at Chichester College, this is a day release with support from a tutor and a support team
