What you will do in your working day

  • Being the point of introduction for the business, greeting all visitors and ensuring guests are dealt with courteously and promptly
  • Delivery of the company health and safety policies to all visitors
  • Managing incoming calls via the switchboard
  • Control of business resources including meeting rooms
  • Organisation of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Management and arrangement of corporate travel
  • Organisation of company events
  • Supporting general administration for various business functions
