What will the apprentice be doing?

The role covers all aspects of administration within a busy Production Department.

Duties include:

  • Monitoring stock requirements and progressing works orders, advising of priorities
  • Ensuring all stock shortages are actioned
  • Ensuring components are scheduled and ordered in a timely manner
  • Providing information for customers
  • Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Assisting the Returns Co-ordinator to resolve returns issues
  • Filing and completing works orders

  • Functional Skills qualification in mathematics (Level 2) if required
