What will the apprentice be doing?
- Answering calls and emails from customers and responding to incoming customer emails
- Contacting customers requiring training on Defaqto’s software solutions, identifying their needs, and talking them through the relevant system
- Training customers to understand how to use our software effectively and how to interpret our data appropriately
- Developing and maintaining a good understanding of: Defaqto Engage, how Advisers make use of it, and how it can deliver high levels of value to Advisers
- Defaqto’s other products/services and how they are used by clients
- The key issues/developments impacting the UK financial services industry
- Actively promoting high levels of usage by our customers, making use of in-house MI and deriving actions from the analysis of this insight
- Providing cover for regular web/telephone-based user training for Defaqto Engage, both live and pre-recorded
- Assisting in creating training documentation in a variety of formats; training videos, guides and webinars, as well as contributing to new tech-touch training initiatives
- Providing cover for telephone/email customer support, ensuring all software and data issues are recorded, investigated, resolved and communicated in a professional manner within agreed timelines
- Participating in the testing of new software products/releases to ensure Defaqto systems are up to date and working correctly for our users
