What will the apprentice be doing?
Your role will include both cooking in the kitchen, as well as serving and interacting with our friendly customers at the front of house.
When in the kitchen, the apprentice can expect to be involved in the preparation of food before service begins, as well as helping make an eclectic array of Japanese dishes.
When you are at the front of house, the apprentice can expect to help set up the restaurant before it opens. Once opened, the apprentice can expect to greet customers and provide a high level of service to them. Tasks can involve taking orders/payments/bookings, embellishing dishes at the front of the house, washing up.
