What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 - Advanced Diploma Early Years Educator - Your apprenticeship will last for 13 months. You will be supported by an assessor throughout your apprenticeship, as well as a mentor within the nursery. 
Apprentices must successfully complete a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Please refer to the DfE list of approved EYE qualifications:  
Apprentices must successfully evidence a First Aid qualification approved by EYFS. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Developing into a Level 3 practitioner, with the potential of a permanent position upon successful completion. Other prospects could include applying for:

Things to consider

You will need to attend online training with your Assessor for your 13-month apprenticeship, for your classroom-based learning and you will be working within the nursery for the rest of the time with the support of your dedicated childcare assessor.

They are open for 51 weeks of the year, 7.30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, offering flexible attendance patterns. There is CCTV door entry system in operation. They provide care and development for children from 3 months to 5 years, in a safe and stimulating 'home away from home' environment. Highly skilled and experienced Team with over 50 years working with Under 5s, including a Qualified Teacher & Trainer, BSL holder (British Sign Language), all staff First Aid qualified, etc. Immanuels works closely in partnership with parents, using a secure online learning journal for observations, next steps, in your child's journey at Immanuels, and in building solid foundations in their formative years.
