Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship. We are a small but rapidly growing firm of modern accountants in Leyland working at the cutting edge of accountancy systems, you will receive in house training on all our systems.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What you will do in your working day
- You will be on the reception desk, dealing with clients when
they come into the office.
- Answering the telephone
- Making valls and appointments for clients
- Typing letters and invoices
- Scanning Documents.
- Making Tea and coffee
- Washing up
- General office duties
The training you will be getting
Customer Service Practitioner level 2 apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work, verbal discussion and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
