What will the apprentice be doing?
- Support the Mobile Digital Executive to manage the reputation of our app, monitoring App Store reviews and the app support inbox.
- Learn how to create, target, test and send push notifications and in-app experiences via the Mobile engagement platform. Capable to support our CRM team and Mobile specialists when required.
- Working with mobile app development teams in India, IT support teams and social teams in UK to report live issues and new features ideas.
- Supporting development teams with UAT process (user acceptance testing) and BAU testing, ensuring each new app release is tested on a range of devices/browsers and signed off before going live to customers.
- Perform live testing on mobile apps, putting yourself in the shoes of the customer.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:
- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
Apprentices must achieve one internationally recognised vendor or professional qualification. This then exempts one of the Ofqual-regulated knowledge modules as shown below:
