    You will work 19.5 hours across Tues/Wed/Thurs 9am-4pm with a 30-minute lunch each day. The remaining 10.5 hours per week are flexible over the remainder of the week but with one day on a weekend.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Social Media Content Creation.
  • Creation of Newsletters & Advertising.
  • Customer Engagement such as business networking events.
  • Managing email campaigns using software solutions.
  • Creating company collateral including brochures, posters etc.
  • Supporting the office management with administration such as emails, filing, data management.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Learners will work to achieve the Digital Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

  • Onsite training by the employer and remote coaching and training online with Training Provider
  • For those starting at Advanced (Level 3), the expected duration would be twelve months.
  • DM 3 Course 1 – Microsoft MTA HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals.
  • DM 3 Course 2 – BCS Digital Marketing Business Principles.
  • Professional Development Program.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full time job role, career progression, further training. A full salary review upon completion of probation period.
