What will the apprentice be doing?
We provide digital and business services by educating others.
We are recruiting Digital Marketing Apprentices to work with our clients and on our business goals plus objectives. We will be requiring our Apprentices to work on the following:
- Creating plans for campaigns and projects
- Using WordPress, Elementor and a wide range of plugins for web management
- Creating content calendars and scheduling posts
- Monitoring and evaluating the outcome of campaigns (creating reports for clients)
- Email marketing and creating contact lists
- Customer service communications on a wide range of platforms
- Eventually assisting in training activities
- Networking with stakeholders (inclusive of the local council, schools, colleges and other 3rd party bodies)
- Engaging in networking activities
Working on improving SEO presence with the use of a range of tools - Monitoring of website user activity and implementing techniques to improve the user experience
- Keeping up CPD
- Knowledge of and practising within safeguarding plus Prevent
- These are requirements that will progress over time. Naturally, we do not expect our applicants to have these skills initially, we shall be working with them to train them up to this. Therefore, aspiration to work towards the skills is the primary need
We are an apprenticeship training provider and a digital marketing agency. Our apprentice will be working on campaigns and website content creation for marketing and advertising our training. Along with creating marketing and web materials for our clients in a wide variety of sectors.
They will be involved in working with a wide range of stakeholders and they will be given a client base to personally manage, with time.
They will be taught SEO and with time they will be working on websites to improve their search engine presence.
We are heavily focused on nurturing new talent and encouraging individuals to work towards their goals.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training will be the following:
- Tools, techniques and strategising for marketing campaigns
- Technical tool
- Industry specific
- Team working skills
- SEO, SEM, social media and web design
- Customer service skills
- Personal development skills
You will be working in a small team, so this gives you lots of opportunities to engage in a wide range of training.
The apprentice will gain a Digital Marketer Level 3 qualification.
Training will take place face to face at The Media Centre, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Delivery will take place alternate weeks, one day per week. With CPD and additional training taking place the alternative weeks for the one day, through pre-set work.
The apprentice will be expected to participate in a 3/4 hour review every 10 weeks as a minimum.
Where a level 4-9 in math or English is not present, functional skills at Level 2 is available. This would be opportunity for an additional functional skills qualification can be achieved.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
To potentially work towards your Marketing Executive Level 4 and Digital Marketer Level 6 Apprenticeships.
To potentially retain your role, with advancement into Digital Marketing Executive Apprentice.
Potential progression onto University or level 6 and 7 apprenticeships if desired.
Potential progression into management and any role to be signposted if required.
