What will the apprentice be doing?

This role encompasses: 

  • supporting the Curriculum and Quality team to maintain a high quality of support, services and staffing at our school;
  • rolling out new projects and programmes, including our after-school tuition programme;
  • organising and planning our international youth exchange programme with our host partners in Barbados
  • supporting HR, finance and other school functions

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will work towards the School Business Professional (level 4) or Associate project manager (level 4) qualifications, through a mix of on-the-job training and off-the-job learning, which may be based at the workplace or offsite at an apprenticeship training provider. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

SV Academy is keen to nurture new talent, and our apprentices usually progress to more senior roles within our organisation.
