What you will do in your working day

  • Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and direct to the relevant member of staff
  • Monitor various email boxes and receiving faxes
  • Processing customer sales orders by inputting information onto Sage and Excel, printing, copying and forwarding information, liaise with Production / Logistics Coordinator as and when necessary
  • Compiling customer folders and filing all completed works orders in relevant folders
  • Ensure all housekeeping is completed on a regular basis paying attention to Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Scanning folders
  • When requested by either Works Manager, Production - Logistics Coordinator check consignment weights of manufactured products to aid transport requirements
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. All reasonable requests by Senior Management or their representatives
