Business Administration Apprentice PROTECH SITE SERVICES LTD
We are looking for someone to join us as a team administrator, working within a busy recruitment office. This role would be best suited to someone who has an incredible attention to detail, is very organised, likes working in small teams and feels they could contribute to the business in many ways. You will be answering incoming telephone calls.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Arranging appointments for consultants
- Diary management of the consultants
- Updating client records
- Processing client paperwork
- Updating internal databases
- Attending site visits
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard
- All training will be completed in the workplace and you are not required to attend college
You may be required to complete functional skills if not already achieved at GCSE.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The successful apprentice may be offered a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship.
