What will the apprentice be doing?
With a new strategy initiated to rapidly expand the company’s range of products and customer base, we now offer a product range over 25 product lines within 7 broad categories for all makes and models, and we now distribute to retailers in the vehicle aftermarket industry throughout the UK.
Duties will include:
- General administration
- Processing orders
- Sales calls
- Answering the telephone
- Building a rapport with customers
- Cataloguing administration tasks
- Data input
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Upon completion and passing of the end Point Assessment, the achievement will be Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 (Intermediate).
The programme will be delivered remotely, over Teams with a minimum of 3 sessions per month, supported by an online learning platform for assignments and learning, during working hours.
