What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Customer Relations Apprentice & Customer Relations Advisor/ Lead Generator
    Customer service-based role which includes both outbound
    and inbound telephone calls
  • Provide product knowledge and services in regard to our
    digital offerings which include website design, SEO’s, SSL
    pages, new domains
  • Build Relationships and bring in new leads
  • Maintain existing relationship with already existing customers
  • Be the first point of contact for the business ensuring great
    customer service is provided
  • Always adhere to GDPR and data protection
  • E-marketing
  • Dealing with customer issues/complaints
  • Helping to assist the customer to gain the best possible
    outcome

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 2 Qualification as a Customer Service Practictioner. The day release will be held at Middlesbrough College.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
