We are offering a great opportunity to kick start your business administration career within the leisure industry, with a friendly team. Duties will include answering the phone and dealing with customer queries/orders. Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.

What you will do in your working day
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering the phone
- Dealing with customer queries/orders
- Responding to queries via email
- Manning reception
- Booking swimming lessons in tutors' diaries
- Going through all the candidates that need to renew their lessons
- Helping stock the swimming shop
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeships, you could progress onto the higher-level apprenticeships and work your way up to office manager level, which would be a management role often with team leader status.
This qualification should give you transferable skills that will not limit you to one sector.
