What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

As an IT Support Technician Apprentice, you will be studying towards a level three ICT Support Technician apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is 22 months in length and will involve ongoing onsite training and mentoring from the team at Electronic Media Services combined with 25 days of off the job training at the PETA training centre in Cosham.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This role will provide the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity to gain full training and industry recognised qualifications, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff upon completion of the apprenticeship.
