What you will do in your working day
This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic individual. You will be completing a wide range of duties, These will include:
- Responding to patient enquiries via telephone, email and then accurately recording details of discussions.
- Greeting patients and dealing with enquiries at the front reception desk
- General administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, posting mail, shredding
- Booking appointments for patients
- Processing requests
- Learning new tasks within the reception role
- Updating patient records as instructed by the Dentist
- Keeping patient information confidential
- Following all workplace policies and procedures
The training you will be getting
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- This is a work-based qualification with monthly time tabled classes.
