What you will do in your working day
You will be passionate about delivering a great service as part of a team.
You will need to be punctual and committed to your development as a Chef by completing your qualification alongside learning on-the-job.
As a Chef Apprentice, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Prepare ingredients while supporting the kitchen brigade
- Prepare and present food to the highest standards
- Clean and clear down workstations
- Liaise with the Food & Beverage service team to ensure high standards of guest service
- Learn how our kitchens adhere to the highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety
The training you will be getting
- Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Englinsh and maths if required
- One day a week theory and practical in the Langley College
