What will the apprentice be doing?

We will offer you on-the-job training and an opportunity for you to hone your skills, which will help you in your future career.

  • To meet and greet clients and visitors, handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails and postal mail
  • To ensure the office building is clean and tidy and to manage stationery, kitchen and bathroom stocks
  • To onboard and offboard clients and setup client files, fee agreements, direct debits, ID documents and HMRC authorisations
  • To assist with client bookkeeping tasks, record income / expenses, upload invoices / receipts and match bank transactions
  • To assist with the firm’s social media and marketing strategy, to attend events and assist in the organisation of MJH events
  • Other routine office administration correspondence and duties

You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
