What will the apprentice be doing?
We will offer you on-the-job training and an opportunity for you to hone your skills, which will help you in your future career.
- To meet and greet clients and visitors, handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails and postal mail
- To ensure the office building is clean and tidy and to manage stationery, kitchen and bathroom stocks
- To onboard and offboard clients and setup client files, fee agreements, direct debits, ID documents and HMRC authorisations
- To assist with client bookkeeping tasks, record income / expenses, upload invoices / receipts and match bank transactions
- To assist with the firm’s social media and marketing strategy, to attend events and assist in the organisation of MJH events
- Other routine office administration correspondence and duties
