We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team in our retail shop in Cowley. We require someone with a pleasant, outgoing manner, who will represent our brand to our customers. You will be trained in all aspects of customer service, dealing with our customers in the shop, via telephone, and through various online platforms.

    Working hours: Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm (successful applicant will work 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm) Sunday 10am-4pm 30-minute unpaid lunch break Two days off per week Total of 37½ hours per week –successful applicant will work one weekend per month.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Specific duties may include, but are not be limited to assisting in the following areas:

  • Face-to-face contact with customers
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquires
  • Answering email enquiries
  • Completing online forms to book repair jobs onto our systems
  • Packaging stock to be sent to customers
  • Moving stock between warehouse and store front
  • Displaying stock in the store
  • Other duties

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?


  • 13 months practical training period, plus 3 months for End Point Assessment

Delivery model:

  • Work-based training with your employer
  • 5 days college attendance for key knowledge components
  • Approximately 12 on-site or/and Teams assessment visits per year
  • Level 1 Functional Skills in maths and English (7 days at college for each, if required)
  • Off the job training will count for at least 6 hours a week of an apprentice’s time at work

  • Level 1 Functional Skills in English and maths
  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

Things to consider

If you are travelling to work by private car, there are two car parks within Templar Square, they charge a fee of £40 per month. Ability to interact with customers and work colleagues. Professional appearance.
