    £10,296.00

    Salary will be in line with current Apprenticeship Minimum Wage, however this is negotiable depending on the level of experience and age of the candidate. We also have a bonus scheme which gives the opportunity for staff to receive an additional 10%.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • You will have the opportunity to work in several different areas of engineering such as drainage and highways across all project stages (pre-planning, planning and construction)
  • You will work in a design office, with regular exposure to developers, architects and local authorities
  • You will be shadowing more senior members of staff and support project work as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will have the opportunity to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Civil Engineering with ongoing support and on the job training with a friendly and enthusiastic team, keen to get you involved from the outset.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Although you will be a full-time, permanent employee from day one, with day release to college - Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will be working toward becoming an Assistant Civil Engineer. If it is of interest, we will also support you through Chartership.
