What will the apprentice be doing?
Working within Customer Services at aFinancial, you will be responsible for
- Providing high-quality service to clients who are looking to buy or refinance their properties
- You will liaise with banks, estate agents, insurance providers, and other third parties to ensure the smooth and timely completion of each mortgage application
- You will also manage your own client bank and follow up with them throughout the 4–8-week cycle
- Updating systems
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTITIONER LEVEL 2
- 12-Month qualification (12 months and 3 months EPA)
- Functional Skills maths and English if required
- You will complete all training at the employer's premises
- You will be assigned a 1 to 1 coach that will visit you at the employers premises every 4-6 weeks
- You will attend face to face sessions with your coach as well as attending virtual meetings through Microsoft teams for further training sessions
