What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This is a level 2 Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship delivered over a period of 12 months. The apprentice will be required to attend a one-week induction at the training centre, In-Comm Training Services in Telford TF3 3AJ as part of the training.  

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Initially, we expect apprentices to be employed as a manufacturing operative and, for the right candidate, they will have the opportunity for further study and progression within the team.
