You will produce food, meeting portion controls, and budgetary constraints, adapt and produce dishes to meet special dietary, religious and allergenic requirements and  follow, complete and maintain production schedules, legislative and quality standard documentation use specialist kitchen equipment.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Maintain excellent standards of personal, food and kitchen hygiene ensure compliance to procedures, menu specifications and recipes.

  • Produce food, meeting portion controls, and budgetary constraints 
  • Adapting and produce dishes to meet special dietary, religious and allergenic requirements 
  • Follow, complete and maintain production schedules, legislative and quality standard documentation use specialist kitchen equipment

The apprentice will have the experience of working within a fast paced kitchen, watching all end of service take place. The candidate will learn skills from fellow chefs. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A full time job within the company and the opportunity to move on through the different chef roles, line chef, chef de partie.

About the employer
