What will the apprentice be doing?
This role will involve:
- General and departmental administration tasks
- Preparing and processing documentation including contracts, letters etc.
- Answering and handling telephone queries in a professional manner
- Resolving and responding to departmental queries
- Participating in projects for specific business areas
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will work towards your:
- Business Administation Level 3
- On and off the job training and location to be confirmed
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The apprentice will have a level 3 qualification, and there may be the opportunity to apply for a full-time role at the end of the apprenticeship.
