A fantastic opportunity to join the team at Washington Eyecare Opticians and support with all aspects of administration and customer service. Our aim is to ensure that customers are treated in a professional, friendly and efficient manner at all times and you will learn alongside our very experienced team as well as your qualification.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
As a key member of the team, your role will be heavily customer facing, key duties include but are not limited to:
- General customer service
- Answering all incoming telephone enquiries
- Using booking system to book client appointments
- Photocopying of documents
- Any other duties as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will work towards a Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3. You will have a dedicated industry expert to guide and coach you through the components of your programme and you'll experience a range of different learning opportunities.

You will be required to achieve or provide evidence of prior achievement/exemption for Functional Skills at Level 2 (English & maths)
