What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties include but not limited to:
- Contribute to maintaining a healthy and safe workplace, including the maintenance of key equipment and carrying out general housekeeping
- Carry out stock procedures including dealing with routine stock deliveries, placing stock into storage, carrying out stock rotation duties and ordering parts for customers following company procedures
- Carry out vehicle safety inspections and routine maintenance in line with manufactures specifications or approved schedules, company procedures and complete approved documentation

- Offers fantastic peer to peer support throughout, learning from experienced and established Vehicle Technicians, as well as the support of a dedicated development coach from Skillnet
- Includes attending block training weeks in Daventry with other Motorpoint Apprentices, back in the workplace there will be regular scheduled sessions with your apprenticeship Skillnet development coach, these will be a combination of face to face visits and online webinars
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the right candidate could progress to be offered a full time role with the opportunity to grow and develop as an Autocare technician at your designated site
