What will the apprentice be doing?
- Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of cloud services
- Helping maintain on-prem workstations, network devices, and software applications
- Responding to help desk tickets and provide technical support to our users
- Collaborating with the systems team to implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and best practices
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures
