As a business administrator apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and contributing to our mission of making a positive impact in the lives of children worldwide. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop a wide range of skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Administrative support: Assisting with organizing schedules, managing correspondence and keeping records updated
Customer service:
- Providing support to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction
- E-commerce management: Taking care of our online platforms, updating product listings and monitoring inventory levels
Supporting various departments:
- Assisting with inventory management, coordinating shipments and collaborating on different projects
International business support:
- Assisting with communication and coordination with partners from different cultures
Team collaboration:
- Working closely with colleagues, sharing ideas and participating in team meetings
Upholding company values:
- Representing the company professionally and promoting multilingual culture
