What will the apprentice be doing?

We have an amazing opportunity as a business administrator apprentice. Join our team and enjoy a hybrid work setup, combining remote work with our lovely office based in the University.

As a business administrator apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and contributing to our mission of making a positive impact in the lives of children worldwide. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop a wide range of skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrative support: Assisting with organizing schedules, managing correspondence and keeping records updated

Customer service:

  • Providing support to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction
  • E-commerce management: Taking care of our online platforms, updating product listings and monitoring inventory levels

Supporting various departments:

  • Assisting with inventory management, coordinating shipments and collaborating on different projects

International business support:

  • Assisting with communication and coordination with partners from different cultures

Team collaboration:

  • Working closely with colleagues, sharing ideas and participating in team meetings

Upholding company values:

  • Representing the company professionally and promoting multilingual culture
