What will the apprentice be doing?

As part of your role, you will cover office administration and general office duties. 

These will include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Logging service jobs
  • Ordering materials
  • Checking of day to day worksheets
  • Checking of day to day timesheets
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Raising sales invoices

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will gain your level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

This will be assessor led and will be done in-house.
