About the employer

Vibrant dishes made from fresh seasonal produce, home-made patisseries, and delicious coffees. Established in the Summer of 2020, we welcomed local chef Matty to our Centre to set up his own coffee house and bistro. Already an owner of a bustling local sandwich deli, Hume Street Kitchen, and a successful private event catering company, The Little Fizz and Nibble Co., he has welcomed The Stables as a wonderful addition to his culinary portfolio. Our riding centre and competition clients have benefitted immensely from the purpose-built bistro facilities and onsite refreshments, and we have been delighted to welcome more members of our local community to the café in recent months. All the dishes are made using local and freshly sourced ingredients at the careful hand of Matty and his team - the feedback we have received on the quality of all the food has been exceptional.
