What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Assist with marketing campaigns (website and social media) and networking events
  • Answering the telephone and emails
  • Placing online order for office supplies
  • Ensure offices are clean and tidy and ready for the day ahead / next day - Reporting H&S to Ops Manager
  • Welcoming any visitors, directing to the correct person, making drinks
  • Further First Aid training to become another onsite first aider and maintain the first aid box
  • Client administration
  • Assistance with staff management for the Ops Manager, such as arranging birthday vouchers, organising regular events, Christmas parties and presents, arranging new starter IT kits with the assistance of the Ops Manager
  • Adhoc duties as required
  • Cunard Construction are a team and any member joining would be expected to act as such
  • Confidentiality and professionalism are key

  • College attendance is required monthly
