We are looking for an apprentice butcher to join our small, friendly team, based on a beautiful farm in the Chiltern Hills. You will be working with our experienced Master Butcher, who will help you progress throughout the course. Assist with the preparation and production of producing sausages, burgers and koftas.

    National Minimum Wage for Apprentices for 6 months. This will then be renewed based on progress that has been made.

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be expected to do everything from:

  • How to break up carcass meats down to saleable cuts;
  • Assist with the preparation and production of producing sausages, burgers and koftas;
  • Serving customers.

  • FDQ Level 2 Award in Food Safety
  • FDQ Level 2 Award in Health & Safety
  • FDQ Level 2 Award in Knife Skills
