What will the apprentice be doing?

This role with further strengthen our focus on customer service, the control of supplier costs & maintenance provision efficiencies, we have an opportunity for a motivated team player to take the position of Maintenance Administration Apprentice.

Core duties will include:

  • Control the opening and closing of workshop jobs
  • Plan jobs into the workshops and body repairer
  • Liaise with 3rd party repairer to support the repair programme
  • Support stock levels by ordering the correct parts for the stores
  • Raise and close purchase orders
  • Create damage estimates for end of contract claims
  • Maintain compliance documentation
  • Support the Maintenance and Damage team day to day
  • Work towards the successful achievement of team targets
