What will the apprentice be doing?

The apprentice will play a key role in ensuring the business meets its key goals and targets.

Duties to include:

  • Outbound business to business sales
  • Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Making outbound sales calls to cold and warm leads
  • Cold calling leads in person
  • Attending in person and online networking events
  • Customer engagement
  • Updating CRM with customer contact information
  • Understanding of the organisation's product and service offering
  • Generating new business
  • Booking work into company systems
  • Working with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
