Upon completion of set objectives, related to both in work learning and college learning, salary will rise by £500 p.a. at 6 month intervals for the duration of the Apprentice term (18 months).

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Support the marketing team & business managers with the development of communications approaches, coordinate social media responses, & support the production of content for communications
- Collect, write & present marketing content, both digital & other forms, to promote KARL STORZ to internal & external stakeholders
- Develop an understanding of the different stakeholders the marketing team engages with, including the different customer personas & employees to better support the development of a strategy for how to communicate with them
- Plus other duties relating to the role as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentices must achieve one internationally recognised vendor or professional qualification. This then exempts one of the Ofqual-regulated knowledge modules.
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
- Work towards gaining a full Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Qualification
- Understanding of medical devices
- KARL STORZ product knowledge
- Understanding of how to use Salesforce and Pardot
- Understanding of communication channels, such as Linked In and Twitter
- Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (if required)
- Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role
