What will the apprentice be doing?

You will have a range of duties including:

  • Dealing with customers
  • Using the computer
  • Phone and electronic communications
  • Understanding Toyota vehicles
  • Reviewing information from technicians

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship standard. 

You will receive on and off the job training and support from an assessor and an apprenticeship advisor.

You will be required to attend Cornwall College St Austell on a fortnightly basis as part of the apprenticeship training.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There is the potential for the successful applicant to become a full time permanent member of the aftersales team. There may be the opportunity to branch into other areas of the business.
