What will the apprentice be doing?

Key duties for these roles is to learn all aspects of general administration work and improve the systems. Day to day administration work, you will help manage our pool of Contract Staff, and assisting with the relevant paperwork involved, completing ID & compliance checks. Preparing CVs to be sent to Clients, along with qualification or health & safety certs/cards.

Updating applicants database sheets and sending applicants job alert texts & emails from these sheets. Work duties will also involve calling candidates to help fill vacancies for our current clients. Plus there will be other work covering Permanent Placements, which will involve screening & searching CVs, arranging interviews and completing.

Someone with a Driving Licence preferred but not essential.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administration L3 standard.

Functional skills L2 to be taken if not already achieved. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

To become a full time administrator/resourcer.
