What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Printing of orders
  • Sorting of orders to prioritise
  • Assist in picking of sold products
  • Packing of products once picked
  • Production and attachment of postage tracking labels
  • Preparation of post manifests for collection by
  • Royal Mail hand over of post to collector by 3pm
  • Assist in control of stock
  • Maintain stock records to identify priority replacement stock
  • Check and store new stock
  • Maintain stock rooms storing products in correct locations
  • Processing of components involved in own label parts including assembling components involving packeting and labelling

Following appropriate training the position will also involve

  • Operation of 3D printing equipment including maintenance of the machine/s and control of raw materials
  • Maintain computer files of products in current production
  • Ensuring adequate stocks of company products identification and design of new products
  • Liaison with product designer/ programmer
  • Social media development including specialist mediums and existing methods Instagram, emails, hobby magazines and clubs management of data base
  • Product promotion and development including exploitation of existing customers

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

During your apprenticeship you will be enrolled at Leeds City College (School of Business) and will complete the following programme:

  • Customer Service Practitioner - Level 2

This programme allows students to develop their skills. The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high-quality products and services to the customers of an organisation.

  • This is a full-time 15-month apprenticeship. Potential career progression opportunities are available upon completion
