What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To assist with general office duties
  • Reception cover
  • Case Management System work
  • Collecting printed client mail and filing into relevant folders
  • Emailing daily post received to relevant people
  • Checking, sorting and adding up cheques, scanning to online filing system
  • Balancing cheque receipts with Accounts Department
  • Creating payment confirmations and sending to relevant clients
  • Collating client mail daily basis and sending to clients weekly
  • Scanning and posting invoices to customers daily
  • Any other admin duties requested when required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • This qualification requires College attendance once per month
