What will the apprentice be doing?

  • General administration duties i.e. photocopying, answering telephones, taking messages and dealing with- general enquiries etc.
  • Inputting and maintaining records on staff plan, accurately and timely.
  • Assist with typing, filing and archiving of care plans, risk assessments, supervisions, protocols, conversation sheets and any other relevant documentation.
  • Support managers in meetings in the capacity of minute taker, type and distribute minutes from meetings.
  • Organise meetings with employees (individual and/or team) as required.
  • File and maintain accurate records, including assessment and support plans, case file notes, communication logs, risk assessments, incident reports, supervision records.
  • To assist all local managers with administration duties to ensure a smoother running of the service.
  • Help support collation of information for audits alongside the quality team.

  • Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Maths and English Level 2 Functional Skills (if required)
