What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Source and select candidates
  • Network and advertise to potential candidates Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
  • Negotiate contractors' rates
  • Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.
  • Advertise vacancies on LinkedIn
  • You'll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match
  • Operating as a Resourcer Apprentice at M-Prove, you will most likely get experience of IT, Public Sector, and Interim Management recruitment
  • A broad spectrum of some of the industry’s most profitable sectors
  • You will also shadow, work with and observe high-earning successful consultants' day to day. Gaining invaluable experience and insight
