What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Creating engaging and visually appealing content and images for daily social media posts for our brand
  • Posting high quality and engaging social media content and images to our large social media platforms on a daily basis
  • Creating and editing short videos of products and our work place to use for our website and social media
  • Operating our ecommerce web system (Woocommerce, Wordpress) including product set up, website page design and general site maintenance
  • Customer service - This role will include replying to customers comments and queries online on social media, via email and occasionally on the phone
  • Occasionally create both printed and digital marketing media for our brand based around our products and business
  • General office roles such as printing, organising, packaging and dispatching customer orders are included in this position. As a small team, it is important everyone is able to have transferrable skills in many areas
  • Other administration duties as required
  • Adapting and changing in this role as the online world evolves and adjusts to keep up with the latest developments

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will undertake a Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by Learning Curve Group, via remote sessions every 4-6 weeks.
  • All training will be delivered on-site at the workplace therefore there will be no college release day required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Potential full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
