All training to take place at the employer's premises.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Our first trainee machinist is now Machine Shop Supervisor.

Our first apprentice is still with us after completing level 2 Lean Manufacturing and has had a pay rise as well as securing a full time position. We are a great believer in promotion from within.
