What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Support the hire and transport team to offer great support to all customers
  • Emailing and updating customers throughout the transport 
  • Ensure that the transport team have all the information to support them on their journey
  • Filing all paperwork
  • A good approach to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Motivated and reliable
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Excel and Word
  • Able to prioritise tasks and workload
  • Professional level of verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, checking PODs and sending to customers

  • Day release at Telford College to enhance learning
