What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information to patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update necessary information
  • Assist with billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient care
  • Handle general administrative tasks as required by the Practice Manager
  • Provide refreshments to waiting patients
  • Training in dental software, preferably Exact from Software of Excellence provided
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures provided
