Apprentice Dental Receptionist All Smiles Dental Practice
We are seeking an Apprentice to join our private dental practice. We'll soon be moving to new premises equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an iterro scanner and a CBCT scanner. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our small team and must demonstrate patience, care, and kindness to our well-established patient base.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and update necessary information
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient care
- Handle general administrative tasks as required by the Practice Manager
- Provide refreshments to waiting patients
- Training in dental software, preferably Exact from Software of Excellence provided
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures provided
