What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Dealing with clients over the phone and face to face.
  • Photocopying.
  • Storage, retrieval and administration of archive documents.
  • Practice stationery – storage and distribution.
  • Setting up of rooms i.e., refreshments for meetings.
  • Deliver / collect documents / letters to local solicitors, courts and businesses.
  • Partners' lunches, collection and distribution.
  • Collection, sorting and dispatch of Royal Mail and DX Mail.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The apprentice will gain the Business Administrator Level 3.
  • The employer is commitment to providing 20% off the job training for the apprentice to have time in their working week to complete the apprenticeship.
  • There will be time allocated on a weekly basis for the apprentice to complete the qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once the candidate has completed the apprenticeship, they will be offered permanent position within the business. There is opportunities for develop, career progression and further training.
