What will the apprentice be doing?

Outline of role:

  • Meeting and greeting parents, carers and guardians, students, staff and visitors
  • Answering the telephone and recording messages or directing calls to the appropriate extension
  • Emailing / communicating with staff across the trust
  • Support with printing and photocopying
  • Giving advice or information to visitors, parents, guardians or carers or finding the appropriate information to share with them

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship

The apprentice will be required to complete:

  • Work towards gaining a full Leve 2 Customer Service Qualification

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • The outcome of this vacancy is for the applicant to achieve a customer services level 2 qualification whilst gaining on the job skills in relation to this qualification. They will be competent and confident in all aspects of customer services for them to progress on to higher educational qualifications
